The mission of Hepregen is to reduce the risk and increase the safety profile for drugs entering the clinic.  Hepregen’s HepatoPac™ platform, a long term, highly functional, predictive, in vitro liver system, remains functional for several weeks.  This makes it an ideal platform for many “extended-horizon” scenarios including:  primary and secondary metabolite identification, clearance of low turnover compounds, transporter assays, toxicity screening, mechanistic toxicology, and drug-drug interactions.
